COVID-19 Updates:

Safety practices are being implemented at our studio to ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients. 

Please arrive to your appointment ON TIME, no earlier and no later than your scheduled time.

Sorry! No extra visitors or friends (exceptions made for mamas without childcare). 

Please wait outside until reception is cleared if you are not able to socially distance from other clients and staff when entering our studio.

Hand sanitizer is provided at our main entrance and throughout the studio.  

Mask wearing is optional as per Public Health recommendations. Staff can wear mask upon client's request.

Unless relevant and required for a specific service, Medical Information is private for both clients and staff and not to be disclosed if not on a voluntary basis.

We are a friendly studio and judgement-free zone!

Appointments:

Appointments can be booked by calling in, or booked online by clicking the  "BOOK ONLINE" button.

Please note, if booking online, you should receive and email notification confirming your booking. If you do not receive this notification, you are not booked in. 

Not including Covid-19 requirements, please otherwise try to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete your health history form and to ensure full treatment time. If running late*, please call the salon at 519-267-2777 to notify.

 

*Please note we cannot guarantee full services for late arrival but you will be charged for full cost of original booking.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Please be respectful of our time and other clients by calling or notifying if you are running late, or cannot make it to your appointment.

Cancellations are accepted with at least 24 hours notice for all appointments. 

If last minute cancellation occurs or the appointment is a no-show, you will be charged 50% of the cost of service.

Any cancellations made for services where a deposit has been paid, the deposit is non refundable.

Waxing: Please ensure you have at least 3 weeks worth of hair growth. Ideal length for waxing is no shorter than a grain of rice.

 

Bikinis & Brazilian Wax: Please trim to ensure efficient and maximum waxing results

Please come freshly showered to your appointment and remember to wear loose clothing.

IMPORTANT: We have the right to charge full price and refuse services to anyone who is not hygienically prepared for their appointment.

Laser Hair Removal: Please ensure the laser area is clean shaven without stubble.

Any stubble or unshaven hair not noticed by the esthetician can increase the incidence of burns. If you require help with shaving an inaccessible area, please call ahead so we can extend you appointment time to include this in your service. 

 

Lash Extensions & Lash Lifts: Please remove all eye makeup prior to your appointment and/or wash your eye lashes before your lash fill appointment.  

Please consult our 'Lashes' information under the 'Services' tab on this site to ensure you are a suitable candidate for this service.

Microblading: Please remove all makeup surrounding eye area, and limit caffeine and alcohol consumption up to 24 hours prior to appointment.

Please do not take any painkillers prior to appointment as this will act as a blood thinner, affecting final results.

Gift Certificates:
If you are looking for a unique personal gift, studio gift certificates can be customized to any occasion. All certificates are redeemable in one appointment only or used for its monetary value.
